RROI Building
In November, 2009, RROI moved into their Custom Build Manufacturing facility. This building is where all our manufacturing, sales, and admin personnel are located.
Test-plates &
Grinding Tools

In-House Machine Shop
A variety of tools and fixtures required during Fabrication and coating are made very quickly at our in-house machine shop. This allows us to reduce our production lead times and price.
Fabrication Shop
Prior to polishing, the materials are sent to this fabrication shop for curve-generation and grinding.
Polishing Shop
RROI has multiple polishing rooms for flat, spherical, glass, and IR Polishing. This is one of our larger polishing rooms used for flat and spherical glass polishing.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is outfitted with state-of-the art instruments for measurement. Our ZYGO Interferometer has a 6.0″ Clear Aperture! Our robust QA team is highly trained, specialized, and thorough.
Coating Shop
RROI has 4: E-Beam, Evaporative, Planetary Coaters. We design and shoot our coatings in-house, using these coaters. More info on our coatings.
