Receptionist + Purchasing Agent Needed
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum experience as a Receptionist or Purchasing Agent is required to apply for this position.
- Required to know and have experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and Quickbooks.
- Must have very good communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude, speak clearly, and work well within deadlines.
- Must be able to multitask with the phone and computer.
- Good Personal Organization, a clean work area, and professional appearance is required.
- Laser Optics experience is a plus! Experience working with a Korean-American company is a plus!
Compensation
- Position is available to start 8/8/11.
- Hourly pay rate will be: $10-$13 depending on experience.
- This is a full-time position. 40+ hours/wk. M-F 8am – 5pm.
- We are looking for a long-term employee to grow within our organization. This position is not available on a short term basis.
